He was also previously CEO and Co-Founder of MSpot, a company acquired by Samsung for its Music Hub, which provided both a streaming catalog, cloud music storage, radio, and store. A veteran of four start-ups, Tsui is also the former president and co-founder of SkyGo, a global mobile marketing technology company that provided integrated brand and direct marketing services, which was sold to Enpocket in 2003.
