What was your journey like to get where you are?
In my opinion, once you are aware of the measures you need to take to accomplish your goals, you will begin to create the desired behavior. You are making progress toward your goals and dreams. If you want to be among developing individuals, you should grow yourself. When you are committed, you attract other devoted people. When you’re growing, you attract individuals who are also growing. This puts you in a position to start forming a network of like-minded individuals who support one another’s a success. Finding those ahead of you who can show you the road forward will always result in your best improvement.
In a simpler phrase, what is your company exactly doing?
Lachlan de Crespigny and Lucas Mendes created Revelo, a technology firm that provides the largest online marketplace for US corporations to recruit Latin America-based remote software workers, in 2015. Revelo’s platform, which represents a talent pool of over 300,000 IT experts, enables US organizations to search, employ, and manage highly skilled, English-speaking, full-time remote tech workers in US time zones. Revelo offers an end-to-end, turnkey system for swiftly searching, employing, and managing hard-to-find software engineers, with solutions for handling payroll, candidate benefits, taxes, and local compliance. Revelo has assisted hundreds of businesses, ranging from startups to Fortune 500s, in building and scaling their software and technology teams.
What about Metaverse are you most excited for in the future?
The metaverse, in my opinion, has the potential to open up a new universe of opportunity for both corporations and individuals. Within the metaverse, users may purchase and sell everything from virtual real estate to vehicles to apparel to non-fungible token (NFT) artwork, and the business prospects are limitless. The more people there are in the metaverse, the more selling chances there will be. Almost everything that exists in the physical world could also exist in the virtual world, therefore regardless of your craft, you could make real money by selling in the metaverse.
Why should we be paying attention to the Metaverse?
To be really honest, the metaverse notion hasn’t been completely sorted out in my perspective. Indeed, there are several beliefs and notions about what one should or should look like. Some may argue that games like Roblox and Fortnight are metaverses, but if so, they are in their very early stages. Others may claim that a blockchain-based metaverse with virtual land, cryptocurrencies, and non-fungible tokens exists (NFTs). We have some strong prototypes to work with in Decentral and The Sandbox. Due to its decentralization and interoperability, blockchain has been seen as the ideal foundation for a metaverse. NFTs, a new sort of token introduced by blockchain, may be used to represent one-of-a-kind products, unlock rewards, offer access, and more.
