What was your journey like to get where you are?
It’s been a great and fulfilling journey, so far. We’ve had our ups and downs, and we’ve been growing this whole time. The company has gone from serving clients from one industry to managing a community of business owners from multiple verticals. We’re currently doing our best to keep the momentum and grow as we provide help and satisfaction to our clients.
In a simpler phrase, what is your company exactly doing?
Virtudesk is a virtual assistant services company. We provide professional virtual assistant services to businesses and entrepreneurs who need them. We hire and pre-screen virtual assistants, then provide more training before matching them with clients who require their unique sets of skills.
What about Metaverse are you most excited for in the future?
I’m excited about the new opportunities the metaverse will give business owners and employees alike. The expanded digital economy will give businesses a chance to explore solutions to new problems people will experience in the metaverse. There will also be opportunities to create new types of interactive content, which will be a huge strategy for engaging customers and leads. I’m also excited to see how the role of virtual assistants will evolve and change as the metaverse grows and develops. In the near future, they could help business owners create new digital products, online experiences, and VR and AR content.
Why should we be paying attention to the Metaverse?
We should not shrug this off. It’s important to start paying close attention to the metaverse, as it will drastically change how we do business. If Mark Zuckerberg’s vision of its full development happens in 10 years, it’s going to create new industries, niches, and problems to solve. Even if the metaverse only comes to partial fruition, it still has the capacity to change how we transact between parties, how we experience content online, and much more. I also strongly believe that business owners who respond early to the metaverse will have a larger and more lasting impact on the digital economy.
