What was your journey like to get where you are?
Evgen Verzun has been working as an engineer, developing security systems for mission-critical projects in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East since 2004. Since 2018, he has launched several blockchain projects. Evgen is the author of several technological inventions, including the DyDAG blockchain. Unlike the global communal single-chain blockchain used in conventional cryptocurrency, the various trees in the DyDAG blockchains are “individual,” with each blockchain having personal or enterprise ownership through an identity-trust chain. Using private chains, banks or financial services companies are, for instance, able to track the credit status of each person privately and securely via hashes of each client. Since then, Evgen and his team have been helping blockchain and fintech projects secure their decentralized infrastructure. Currently, Evgen serves as the Founder and CEO of Kaizen.finance, the Token Lifecycle Management platform for blockchain projects.

What about Metaverse are you most excited for in the future?
Building Metaverse as the next generation of the Internet, avoiding the mistakes of today’s internet—a web that was designed with good intentions but bad implementation.
Why should we be paying attention to the Metaverse?
Metaverse has the potential to shift power back to individuals and communities, and be collectively governed by users, making it simpler for creatives, for example, to generate money.
