I am Jack Boreham, an experienced journalist, and writer with a history of working in the publishing industry. I am currently, the editor in chief of the Metaverse Insider, a news platform covering the latest and greatest news about the Metaverse. I also work for several other Metaverse companies, including NFT game development companies.
What was your journey like to get where you are?
My journey has been a bit all over the place. I graduated from the University of Essex (based in the UK) last year with a master’s in political science. I then got an internship at Hackernoon, writing gaming content. That opportunity enabled me to gain publishing experience, and contacts, which led to where I am now, running a Metaverse website.
In a simpler phrase, what is your company exactly doing?
The Metaverse Insider seeks to make the Metaverse accessible through media, news, insights, and data. We are leading the way in delivering high-quality Metaverse articles, featuring well-known CEOs and leaders in the industry.
What about Metaverse are you most excited for in the future?
I am most excited about the use of blockchain in games. We are seeing video games adopt play-to-earn models, changing the gaming industry. It will be interesting to see how far this model takes off. Likewise, I am excited about VR and how it will be used in Metaverse realities to create full immersion.
Why should we be paying attention to the Metaverse?
The Metaverse will change everything, shaping industry and lives. Thus, it is important to understand and pay attention to it, so that you can be part of the journey.
