I am Bruce Clark. At the age of 67, I have learned many hard lessons in business start-ups since age 21, as I have no degree, come from a broken home, and had little money. My story has so many great lessons I’m writing a book about them in an attempt to help others in the world of entrepreneurship.
What was your journey like to get where you are?
Long, hard and successful. Expect walls to be in the way of success. I learned to climb over, find a way around, dig under and legally dismantle those walls. It was a great learning experience to the point of building confidence that anything is possible when you put your mind to it and get to work. Having a vision, the art of salesmanship, taking risks, perseverance, and a positive mental attitude is a must for any successful business.
In a simpler phrase, what is your company exactly doing?
I have started multiple companies from auto repair facilities to retail photography stores in almost every major mall around Minneapolis including having 2 stores in the Mall of America. I’m presently retired after receiving royalties from inventions developed by two different start-ups. One developed safety accessories for ladders and the other invented the cupholders in sports stadiums and movie theater seats. One company was sold and the other still exists after licensing our products to a major, fall protection company.
What about Metaverse are you most excited for in the future?
Being able to spread a message worldwide in a new and exciting way.
Why should we be paying attention to the Metaverse?
To make certain it’s not abused.
